its all about us!
This weekend was a fairly quiet one, we went out for a few drinks on Friday night and met up with Robbie, Baz and the lads who where passing through Sydney on their way to Fiji. We met them in the Opera bar, then headed down to Darling Harbour and into the Cargo Bar, and then finally on to Pontoon. It was good to meet up with the lads and wished them well on their 2 months around the world tour, crazy…

Saturday, I was up early and down fishing at Walsh Bay at 07:30, stayed until about 11. Was a pretty crazy fishing experience as every time I hooked a Leather Jacket, it would bite through the line, lost a load of fishing gear because of this! I finally managed to land one, see the photo below.
In the afternoon we got the ferry over to Watson’s Bay, it really is a beautiful place, I took my fishing gear for a little bit more fishing whilst Sarah was sunbathing – stayed there until early evening and got some fish and chips from Doyles on the way home. The fishing wasn’t that great and only caught a couple of Bream. We got back to the apartment and where wrecked so we decided to grab a few bottles from the bottle shop and have a quiet evening in.
Sunday we were up early again, and headed down to the Aquarium, we wanted to get there early so that we’d catch the feeding of the Sharks. The Aquarium is amazing and fairly big, in fact its the one of the largest and most spectacular aquariums in the world. After the Aquarium we hit Darling Harbour for a couple of beers and some lunch. We then headed back to the apartment for a while and then out again down to Walsh Bay for a bit more fishing, Sarah caught a couple of fish and I was luckly enough to catch three small ones.

A quiet weekend but at the same time very eventful.
